Botswana, diamonds and the Russian connection

Veteran Irish mining entrepreneur John Teeling, 69, was hoping for an encore with his latest venture in Botswana after investors with his previous vehicle, African Diamonds, saw their holdings increase in value by 4,000% in less than a decade after the company and its Karowe mine was sold to Canada's Lucara in 2010.
