Few would deny late 2015 represented the cyclical low that had to follow the high of the supercycle, however, after a bold attempt at a resurgence in 2016, the mining recovery has so far failed to return us to anything like the good ‘ol days – if you would indeed regard the mischief conducted during the boom as ‘good’.
