It reported copper output of 3,938 tonnes for the September quarter from the Kounrad plant in Kazakhstan, which brought the volume for the first none months of the year to 10,686t, down 1.7% year-on-year.
CEO Nigel Robinson said copper cathode output at Kounrad was up 2.5% year-on-year in the September quarter.
Zinc production for the quarter from the Sasa mine in Macedonia was 5,742t, with January-September output at 16,762t, 3.2% higher than a year ago.
Sasa also produced 7,602t of lead in the September quarter and 21,988t in the first three quarters of 2018, slipping 2% on the year.
CAML is aiming to produce 13,000-14,000t of copper, 21,000-23,000t of zic and 28,000-30,000t of lead in 2018.
The company's shares were up 5.27% Thursday to £2.495 (US$3.23).
