Lumina Copper faces more Caserones fines

Lumina Copper Chile, operator of the Caserones mine, faces fines of up to US$54.8 million after the SMA environmental regulator filed charges for infractions to the provisions established in its Resolutions of Environmental Rating (RCA), both at the Caserones mine and the Electric Transmission Line necessary for the development of the project.
