Public spat erupts over control of Canadian Ni-Co company

New York-based hedge fund Pelham LP is attempting to gain control of TSX-listed Nickel 28, which holds an 8.56% joint venture interest in one of the world’s largest nickel-cobalt mines, Ramu, in Papua New Guinea.
