Sandstorm to exchange Hod Maden interest for US$200M gold stream

Royalty North Partners has signed an LOI to acquire Sandstorm Gold’s 30% interest in the Hod Maden copper project in Turkey and other assets, in exchange for a giving Sandstorm a US$200 million gold stream on Hod Maden, together with equity and debt consideration. Upon completion of the transaction, Royalty North will change its name to Horizon Copper.
