Osprey is earning 100% of five properties north-west of Halifax, including Nova Scotia's biggest historic gold producer, Goldenville, which has a NI 43-101 inferred resource of 2.8 million tonnes grading 3.2g/t (288,000oz).

The company reported late last year initial results from an 18-hole, 3,044m drill program at Goldenville included 0.6m grading 16.14g/t near surface, within a broader 10m of 1.11g/t from 10m depth, and 7.1m of 1.25g/t from 61.6m.

President Cooper Quinn said the drilling program was designed to test for extensions to the existing resource and increase drill density in the known resource area.
