Nouveau Monde to raise US$22M in bought deal

Nouveau Monde Graphite has entered into a bought deal financing agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by BMO Capital Markets and Cormark Securities to raise US$22 million by issuing 4.85 million shares priced at $4.55, a 10% discount to the previous days' closing price.
