SQM stake sale from PCS-Agrium merger 

Canadian regulators have given their blessing to a merger between fertiliser giants Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan (PCS) (CN:POT) and Agrium (CN:AGU) in September, and with the fusion looking likely to proceed, a shake-up in the lithium market may be on the cards.
