PolyMet sees off federal NorthMet claim

A US federal judge has dismissed a challenge to the Environmental Protection Agency’s oversight of a national pollutant discharge elimination system water quality permit issued to PolyMet Mining, putting to an end the federal court challenge to the company’s water quality permit.
