Spearmint president James Nelson wasn't available to comment on the particulars of the contract, but the company said Harris Exploration Drilling and Associates would be drilling at its 800-acre Clayton Valley project area, which borders ground controlled by Pure Energy Minerals [pictured above] and Cypress Development Corp.

"We are very pleased to have one of the top drillers in Clayton Valley on our team," Nelson said in the company statement.

"Harris has drilled a significant amount [sic] of lithium wells in the past five years including wells for Lithium X, Pure Energy Minerals and Westwater Resources. We anticipate the commencement of the drilling shortly and look forward to this phase of corporate growth.

"Now that we have closed our financing we are able to commence operations on multiple projects."
