Eight drill holes spaced 30-75m vertically apart have been completed on section 20050, which has seen the highest density drilling to date on the LP Fault zone. It demonstrates high-grade continuity from surface to over 400m vertical depth. New drill results include 19.25m grading 18.58 grams per tonne on section 20050 towards the middle of the LP Fault zone within an interval of 54.55m grading 7.04g/t.
"It has been less than a year and a half since our LP Fault discovery, but with over 100,000m drilled in 180 holes, it's increasingly apparent that the consistency and scale of this gold mineralised system has few recent exploration parallels," said Great Bear president and CEO Chris Taylor.
Shares in Great Bear Resources are trading at C$15.46, valuing the company at $777 million.
