Adventus fills three roles with one

This will result in the end-November termination of the administrative agreement with Adventus' largest shareholder, Altius Minerals Corporation (CN:ALS), which provided personnel for the CFO and corporate secretary roles.

Kwong has over a decade's experience in the mining sector and worked as CFO for Vaaldiam Mining and as a consultant for a mine fund. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has filled other senior executive positions in various other industries.

Adventus, which has numerous zinc projects in Ireland, Newfoundland and Ecuador, has granted Kwong with 250,000 stock options exercisable at C$0.93 (US$0.74) per share that expire in five years.
