New COO Anton Kim will oversee Highland's projects in Russian, including the MNV mine (pictured)

He will also fill the role of first deputy CEO of Highland's management company Russdragmet in Moscow.
 
Kim was previously group mineral resource management director at Norilsk Nickel (RM:GMKN) and prior to that filled a few senior management positions at Kazakhmys.
