He has over 20 years' experience in the mining industry and has been CFO at a number of listed companies, including Altus Strategies (LN:ALS), CIC Gold and Horizonte Minerals (LN:HZM). He had particular focus on South America after spending time there during his 10-year stint with Anglo American (LN:AAL).

Karoly's first-hand experience in listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and maintaining dual listings will come in handy at Condor, which is planning a secondary listing on the TSX-V.

After its application to list was conditionally approved last month, Condor has now filed a preliminary non-offering prospectus with the Ontario Securities Commission.
