Mark Gorman was most recently mill superintendent at Midas for Klondex Mines and his 22-plus years in the industry included stints as senior engineer at Kappes, Cassiday & Associates, chief metallurgist at Allied Nevada Gold, and metallurgical roles with Mercator Minerals, Barrick Gold Corp, and Newmont Gold Corp.
Gorman is now process manager for Northern Vertex at Moss.
Kesler Morris arrives at Moss as crushing superintendent from Rye Patch (Florida Canyon Mining) where he was site maintenance and crushing superintendent. His 27 years in the industry also includes time as process maintenance superintendent for Quadra Mining Corp at Robinson Mine, and positions at CR Briggs, Constellation Copper, Pegasus Gold Corp and Coeur Rochester.
Moss, in the Oatman mineral field near Bullhead, is being ‘reactivated' as a 40,000ozpa gold-equivalent heap leach operation.
