Bob Foster has returned to the position of Stratex CEO

He co-founded Stratex in 2004 and left his position as CEO in August 2016, but had been asked to return earlier in November after former CEO Marcus Engelbrecht was turfed out and the proposed merger with Crusader Resources (AU:CAS) axed.

Foster has over 40 years' experience as a professional economic geologist in exploration, mining and lecturing, with expertise in gold.

Before his involvement in Stratex, he was a founding member of the management team of Pan-African Mining, directed a gold exploration programme for Pan-Reef Mining in Zimbabwe and was minerals manager for consultancy group Exploration Consultants.
