He will also lead all development and project execution-related activities for Cerro Blanco and the Mita geothermal project in Guatamala.

Reinson has over 25 years' experience in leading heavy civil infrastructure projects and most recently was project director at Goldcorp (CN:G) where he led the construction of Penasquito's US$750 million tailings storage facility expansion, a heap leach expansion feasibility study and a large groundwater remediation project.

He has also held senior project and engineering management roles with AngloGold Ashanti (SJ:ANG), Newmont Mining (US:NEM) and Rio Tinto (LN:RIO).
