Paul Pint has been appointed as president after resigning from the same role at Sulliden Mining Capital (CN:SMC) where he will remain an advisor. He has over 25 years' experience in capital markets.

Most of the appointments are transitioning from the Troilus project's previous owner, Sulliden, to focus their efforts fully on Troilus. The project was acquired by Pitchblack Resources in December, which then changed its name to Troilus Gold.

Michael Timmins has been made senior vice president of corporate development, Ian Pritchard as senior VP of technical service, Blake Hylands as VP of exploration and Caroline Arsenault as VP of corporate communications.

Timmins has over 20 years' experience and most recently filled the same role at Agnico Eagle Mines (CN:AEM) where he took part in developing the Kittila mine in Finland and was involved in key acquisitions and strategic investments.

Pritchard has over 30 years' experience in the mining industry and has held senior positions at a number of companies, including De Beers Canada.

Hylands has held technical and corporate development positions for several junior miners, with his most recent roles being at Sulliden and previously at Coastal Gold (US:COGGF).

Arsenault has been managing investor relations and corporate communications for mining companies for over a decade.

Troilus has also hired Brianna Davies as corporate secretary and legal counsel to replace Damian Lopez, who resigned with immediate effect.

She has over 10 years' experience working as corporate secretary and legal counsel to junior mining companies.
