Firestone makes board changes

Meier has 25 years' of experience in mining, spending most of his career with RBC until 2014 and is the current chairman of Anglo Pacific Group.

Firestone non-executive chairman Lucio Genovese said Meier would a valuable addition as the board  looked at ways of strengthening the company's financial position after the recent refinancing.
