Gold Industry Group adds directors

AngloGold's Andrea Maxey and Gold Road Resources' Stuart Jenner join

AngloGold Ashanti Australia vice president for corporate affairs, community and human resources Andrea Maxey and Gold Road Resources general manager for capability and culture Stuart Jenner have been added to the board, joining other newly appointed director Stuart Tonkin.

Maxey has been in her role at AngloGold for 11 years and joined the company in 2000.

Jenner has over 10 years' experience in mining and mining services in both operational and executive roles, including at Newcrest, Emeco and St Barbara.

Maxey, Jenner and Tonkin have replaced Norman Moore, Sharon Warburton and Richard Jones, who recently left the board.
