Antony Gardner-Hillman chosen as chairman after Michael Farrow steps down

Independent non-executive director Antony Gardner-Hillman has been appointed non-executive chairman after previous chairman, Michael Farrow, stepped down from the role he has had since 2010.

Farrow will remain on the board as a non-executive director.

Another independent non-executive director, Simon Brickles, has been appointed as a senior independent director, with additional responsibilities.

Bellzone is still looking for a replacement executive director after CEO Julian Cheong resigned from the board at the end of July.
