Manson has been with Stornoway since 2005 and will provide support to Godin in 2019. 

Godin joined the company as COO in 2010 and was appointed to the board of directors in 2011.

He has been responsible for the development of the Renard diamond project from feasibility to operation.

Before joining the company, he was vice-president of project development for GMining Services, where he was responsible for the development of the Essakane mine in Burkina Faso under contract to IAMGOLD.

He has also been VP of operations for Canadian Royalties, and general manager of Cambior/IAMGOLD's French subsidiary CBJ-CAIMAN S.A.S.
