Lonmin adds BEE partner CFO to board

Sizwe Nkosi to replace Kennedy Bungane as Phembani's nominee

Nkosi will replace Kennedy Bungane as Phembani's nominee on the board, although Bungane has agreed to remain as a non-executive director of Lonmin in his own right, by request.

Nkosi has over 15 years' experience in the mining sector, in coal, diamonds, phosphates and commodities trading. 

He was previously chairman of the Eastern Region Members in Business Council in South Africa and served on the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants Broad-Based BEE Charter Council.
