Rambler hires new CFO

Sanjay Swarup to replace Tim Slater

Slater will stay on to help the transition, the company said. 

The change in senior management comes as Rambler focuses on improving the Ming copper-gold mine's performance.

Swarup has over 25 years of experience in accounting and business consulting, with 15 of those years spent in the resource industry.

He is a founder and director of SKS Business Services and was previously CFO at Mandalay Resources from 2009 to 2018.

Prior to that he spent six years as senior planning manager at BP and was briefly group business analysis manager at Lonmin.
