The appointment comes just under a month after Rambler hired a new CFO.

Booyzen has over 15 years' experience in the mining sector, most recently he was vice president of leadership development at Mandalay Resources, where he previously held the role of general manager at the Costerfield mine in Australia.

Williams joined Rambler as financial controller of its Canadian subsidiary and was promoted to CFO in 2010 and then to CEO in 2014.
