Charles Joseland has joined Kodal's board

Charles Joseland has joined Kodal's board

Joseland will chair Kodal's audit committee and will be proposed for re-election by shareholders at the next annual general meeting.

He is currently finance and risk committee member at Raleigh International and finance trustee of Red Balloon Learner Centre Group.

Joseland spent 32 years at PwC, where he was an audit partner for 20 years as part of its energy, utilities and mining group.   

During his career at PwC, he was responsible for providing services to a number of international resources groups, including those with operations in Russia, Kazakhstan and Africa, and he also acted as reporting accountant and advisor for various AIM- and LSE-listed companies.
