Werner Klingenberg to serve as interim CEO to replace Gerard Kisbey-Green
Gerard Kisbey-Green has stepped down as Goldplat's CEO after four years in the role
Klingenberg joined the company in 2015 as group financial manager and became CFO in mid-2017.
Kisbey-Green, who joined Goldplat in 2014 as a non-executive director and became CEO in 2015, has agreed to continue to provide services to the company to ensure a smooth managerial transition.
Goldplat has initiated a full review of its senior management requirements to ensure they reflect its strategic requirements going forward and emphasis on its profitable recovery operations.
