Tomlinson said: "I am delighted to join the Bellevue Gold board of directors to help guide the company through its next phase of growth. I am very familiar with the Bellevue gold project having spent time on the project when I was with Plutonic Resources. The Bellevue gold project is one of those very special high-grade gold projects that do not come around very often and I am delighted to be back involved with Bellevue to help deliver its full potential."

The 35-years mining and finance figure has had experience with the Toronto, Australian and London stock markets. He was previously managing director of investment banking at Westwind Partners and Stifel Nicolaus.

He is also none-executive chairman of ASX and TSX-listed Cardinal Resources and ASX-listed Infinity Lithium Corporation, and served on the boards of Centamin, Orbis Gold, and Medusa Mining.
