Kaz delists from LSE after Nova takeover

London loses copper player amid price boom

Nova passed the 75% shareholder acceptance required to take the company private in April. 
 
Nova was forced to up its takeover offer price several times as several minority shareholders refused to sell up amid the buoyant copper price environment. 
 
Copper is currently trading at a ten-year high, changing hands at US$10,454/tonne on Tuesday, although it was down from yesterday's peak of S$10,708/t.
