Fluor to build Guinea bauxite project

US engineering firm Fluor Corporation’s extensive involvement in the genesis of Emirates Global Aluminium’s US$1 billion Guinea bauxite project has landed it the job of managing $700 million of construction work on the proposed 12 million tonnes per annum mine in the West African country’s Boké region.
