Sean Russo formed Noah's Rule back in 2004. He was previously managing director of treasury and a member of the executive committee of NM Rothschild and Sons (Australia) and spent more than 20 years with the Rothschild Group, working in the group's offices in London, Singapore, Sydney and Perth in international bullion and financial markets.
