We last asked our readers three years ago who they felt were mining’s main movers and shakers, and the answers we received to the same question in recent weeks were overwhelmingly familiar.

While one would not expect the list to be thronging with millennials, the fact a mere two of the individuals are aged below 50 does not bode well for the industry's ability to connect with a younger audience....
