Gensource updates finance plan for Tugaske potash

Gensource Potash has formed a special purpose vehicle (SPV) called KClean Potash to finance, build and operate the 250,000 tonnes per year Tugaske project in Saskatoon in Saskatchewan, Canada. KClean will be owned by Gensource and HELM, which will have the offtake of the project and invest C$50 million into the development.
