Sprott to recapitalize Galena Complex

Americas Gold and Silver has entered into a strategic joint venture agreement with Eric Sprott to recapitalise the mining operations at the Galena Complex in the Silver Valley of northwest Idaho, USA, allowing for investment in the asset to continue at a time when the company is otherwise focusing on its gold assets.
