Production for its fiscal year ending September 30 was 1.8Moz silver-equivalent, consisting of 1.1Moz silver and 9,149oz gold, an annual record and a 42% increase over the prior year's 547,421oz silver-equivalent.
"This marks the third consecutive quarter where we've set a production record, with a substantial increase this quarter of 130,000oz from the past quarter, in what has typically been our weakest quarter of the year due to the rainy season," said president and CEO Brad Langille.
At Parral, construction of a SART processing circuit is scheduled to be completed before year end and will provide economic benefits by enabling the operation to recover a high-grade saleable copper sulphide product, re-generate cyanide to reduce the largest single operating cost at Parral and the improvement of the leaching efficiency of the heap.
Shares in GoGold Resources are trading at C65c, valuing the company at $121 million.
