Ghana government buys Cardinal's Sprott debt

Cardinal Resources’ US$23.8 million senior secured credit facility with Sprott Private Resource Lending has been purchased by the Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund, with the Ghana government keen to increase local participation in what it calls “one of Africa’s largest and most significant new gold discoveries”.
