The MJ Global Leadership Report showed miners are identifying and discussing key challenges and opportunities but are yet to take strong action on this information.
We discuss the leadership skills necessary to make a better fist of the situation with executive search consultants at Swann Global.
Consultants from Swann's London, Australia and Latin America offices discuss the results for the GLR, which has highlighted mining's greatest threats and opportunities, as well as homing in on the leadership skills most valued by executives and their employees.
The webinar discusses the following:
Do executives understand the current threats/opportunities?
Do leaders have a truly long-term outlook?
Do mining executives lack confidence to address 'soft' risks?
Do the attributes identified as most important for executives match those you see in KPIs?
