US Treasury targets corruption in Guatemala mining sector

The US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has sanctioned Russian Dmitry Kudryakov and Belarusian Iryna Litviniuk, for their role in exploiting the Guatemalan mining sector, as well as three associated entities connected with their corruption schemes.
