Battery raw materials demand soaring

Meeting forecast demand for lithium-ion batteries will require 10Mtpa of battery raw materials as EV demand is set to quadruple by 2033, Phoebe O'Hara, battery raw materials analyst at Fastmarkets told delegates at the 15th Lithium Supply and Battery Raw Materials conference in Henderson, Nevada, USA on Tuesday.
