Zwane fails to acknowledge looming mining charter shadow

South Africa’s proposed new mining charter has been a shadow hanging over the country’s mining industry for months and has yet to be resolved, but minister of mineral resources Mosebenzi Zwane failed to address it in his keynote address at the Mining Indaba in Cape Town on Monday.
