Chaarat's last founding member Dekel Golan has resigned

He founded the company with Alexander Novak 15 years ago and moved from the CEO role to deputy chairman in July after COO Robert Benbow was appointed as CEO.

Novak also retired as a director in July.

Chaarat's new management team is focused on delivering production from the Tulkubash heap leach project in the Kyrgyz Republic, with its 2017 drilling season drawing to a close.
