Denison teams up with UEX for JCU acquisition

Denison Mines has teamed up with fellow uranium player UEX to acquire 50% of JCU Exploration for C$20.5 million. The two companies had previously made separate offers for JCU, which holds interests in early-stage uranium assets in Canada’s Athabasca Basin.
