Hatter advises technology companies on product and market strategies in sectors covering cybersecurity, IT service management, and blockchain applications, according to Barrick.
 
 
She has previously worked at Intel, McAfee, Cisco and AT&T. 
 
She and other nominees will be put forward at Barrick's annual shareholder meeting, expected to take place next month.
