Róisín Magee will add corporate finance and capital markets knowledge
Galantas is developing the Omagh gold mine in Northern Ireland
During her 32-year career in corporate finance and investment, Magee has held senior positions in London and Dublin, including the role of chief investment officer at AIB Investment Managers and TRW Investment Management.
She has been a member of TCF Fund Managers' investment committee since 2013.
CEO Roland Phelps said Magee's appointment would strengthen the board as Galantas develops the Omagh gold property in Northern Ireland.
