Dr Sally Eyre will join Centamin's board on April 10

Geologist Dr Eyre has extensive experience in global resource capital markets and mining operations and was CEO of Copper North Miner over the 2011-14 period.

Prior to this she was an executive with Endeavour Financial, which transformed into Endeavour Mining. During the transformation, she served as CEO of Etruscan Resources and then senior vice president operations of Endeavour Mining.

Dr Eyre is current a non-executive director at Adventus Zinc Corporation and Japan Gold Corporation where she is chair of both companies' corporate governance committees, as well as a member of their audit committees. She is also a member of Adventus' steering committee.
